RSGB IT Helpdesk system status

The current IT Helpdesk system status is NORMAL

We aim to respond within 24 hours (working days only*).

Our current average response time is 35 hours and 42 minutes - we are working hard to bring our average first response time back inside our target range.

Please help us by not submitting multiple tickets for the same inquiry, as this increases the queue and waiting times for everyone.
