The current IT Helpdesk system status is NORMAL but with delayed first response time

We aim to respond within 24 hours (working days only*).

Our current average first response time is 30 hours and 11 minutes - we are working hard to bring this back within our target first response time.

Please help us by not submitting multiple tickets for the same inquiry, as this increases the queue and waiting times for everyone.


*Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England & Wales public holidays
