When posting IT support tickets you can help us to quickly identify and resolve your issue by making sure your ticket includes the following information.
- Assign your ticket to an appropriate category
- Use a meaningful title related to your issue
- Give us a brief description of the issue - i.e. my password is being rejected
- Provide us with any information we can use to identify your membership account, i.e -
- Your name and callsign (if any)
- Your RSGB Membership number, or your address and postcode
