Guidance for posting IT support tickets

When posting IT support tickets you can help us to quickly identify and resolve your issue by making sure your ticket includes the following information.
  • Assign your ticket to an appropriate category
  • Use a meaningful title related to your issue
  • Give us a brief description of the issue - i.e. my password is being rejected
  • Provide us with any information we can use to identify your membership account, i.e -
    • Your name and callsign (if any)
    • Your RSGB Membership number, or your address and postcode
