RSGB IT Helpdesk system status

The current IT Helpdesk system status is NORMAL but with delayed response times 

Please note that due to a high volume of tickets in the system after the Christmas and New Year break there will be extended response times to all service tickets for at least a further week.

Please help us by not submitting multiple tickets for the same inquiry, as this increases the queue and waiting times for everyone.

*Normal target response time is 24 hours during working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England & Wales public holidays
